Tour Overview

Day 1

Colombo - Airport - Negombo

You will be met on arrival by your Chauffer Guide/driver at  ?? hrs by flight ??  You will be transferred to hotel in Negombo.  Relax after long flight or at leisure on the beach.

You will do a boat ride at the Muthurajawela marsh if time permits depending on the arrival time.

Negombo is a popular tourist destination and is considered an ideal and liberal place with luxury, tropical life style, and a transit point for those who want quick access to and from the country’s main international airport and also to Colombo city.

Day 2

Negombo - Pinnawela - Kandy

Leave early after breakfast at the hotel at 7.30 am for Pinnawela visit -Pinnawela elephant orphanage. Next you will visit a spice & herbal garden.

Pinnawela : The orphanage was set up by the National Zoological Gardens to feed, nurse & house baby elephants abandoned by their mothers, stranded in the jungles and ravines.

Pm- Do a city tour of Kandy- walk around the Kandy lake, visit the bazaar and local market place, and shop for Gems and jewelleries. Visit the  Gem Museum. Evening pay a visit to the Sacred Tooth temple, watch a Cultural show of Kandyan dancers and drummers which conclude with a sparkling fire walking display.

Day 03

Kandy - Nuwaraeliya

Tea plantations/Tea pluckers St Clare’s Waterfall

After breakfast at the hotel- leave for the cool climes of the hill country, NuwaraEliya- passing through scenic landscaped misty mountains and valleys. Enroute you will pass the exotic Ramboda falls surrounded by Tea plantations. Visit a fully operating Tea plantation and a Tea factory and have the rare opportunity of tasting a fine ‘Cup of original flavoured Sri Lanka Tea produced from the same tea plantation. Pm –Visit Hakgala botanical gardens. Spend the rest of the day having a walk in the NuwaraEliya town,  lakeside, Bazaar and market place.

Nuwara Eliya : Sri Lanka's premier hill resort is unique as it has a characteristically cooler with it’s soft English spring climate when compared to other location in Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya is also the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country, producing some of the world's best tea.

Day 04

Nuwaraeliya - Hortonplains - Bakers Falls - Nuwaraelya

Leave early to reach the Horton plains before sunrise. It is a plateau of 2100–2300 metres (6900–7500 ft) above sea level.

The main highlights are the Worlds end  (4000 ft) where you could view the sheer drop from the steep precipice  and  Bakers Falls.

Horton Plains is Sri Lanka's highest plateau, located approximately 7200 ft above sea level in the central mountain country. This 'Fen" is a very scenic region with an astounding variety of scenery from mountains to grasslands and marshes to trout streams. Sri Lanka's best flavored high grown teas are grown in the surrounding areas.

Day 05

Nuwaraeliya - Ella - Tissamaharama

After early breakfast at the hotel-  Take a train ride to Ella-  Driver will pick up from the railway station and proceed to Tissamaharama- enroute option of visiting Ravana Ella Falls.

Arrival  late evening.  You may relax and enjoy at leisure at the hotel.

Day 06

Tissamaharama - Yala - Mirissa

After breakfast- leave for Yala- enjoy an exciting 4wd jeep safari – Pm proceed to Mirissa for overnight stay.

Day 07

Mirissa - Galle

After early breakfast at hotel- leave for The Mirissa harbour to reach at 7.30 am on a Whale watching tour –

After the whale watching tour proceed to Galle-enroute you will be passing Weligama- watch fishermen on stilts- Hummaniya blow hole.

Arrive in Galle - Visit Dutch Fort- and its surroundings

Galle was first built by the Portuguese in the 16th century as a well fortified city and was made the main port in the island. It was later captured by the Dutch who extensively fortified the city in the 17th century from 1649 onwards.

Day 08

Galle - Bentota

Leave after breakfast for Bentota for the beach stay.

Day 10

Bentota - Colombo

After breakfast at hotel- leave for Colombo-

Do a City tour of Colombo or Shopping tour  Viz. Odell, House of Fashion or Majestic City , Laksala etc

Overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 11

Colombo - Airport

Every good thing has now come to an end. Its time to leave for home. Depart for the airport.

(You are required to be at the airport 3 hrs before flight).

Restrictions

  • Children below 05 yrs are not encouraged for whale watching and Jeep safari at wild life parks unless under direct request from the parents.

  • The above package is for 02 adults travelling together.
  • Check in time 2.00 pm ; and Check out time : 12.00 noon- Please note there will be an additional supplement for early arrivals and late departures depending on the hotel policy.
  • Any unutilised accomodation or services will not be refunded.
  • If any changes to hotels after confirmation of booking will be entirely at your own expense.

  • The above prices are effective for the period of the tour but will be subject to change in the event of any sudden govt levies or hotel rates.

Booking and Payment Procedure

  • Upon acceptance of our quote, we will check room availability and make tentative reservations effective for 48 hours depending on the hotel policy since some hotels do not accept tentative reservations.
  • In the event you accept our tentative reservation and quote, a non- refundable deposit of 30% of the full value is required in advance on confirmation to secure the booking and re-confirm all arrangements.
  • The balance 70% is payable 30 days prior to arrival in Sri Lanka via direct bank wire transfer.
  • If your booking is made within 30 days of commencement of tour, 100% of total value is payable on confirmation of the booking.
  • We will make our best endeavors to reserve the hotels and related services as mentioned in our quote. If requested hotels are unavailable, we will provide hotels of similar category mentioned in the quote.
  • In the event of hotel of similar category mentioned in the quote is not available and only a lower category of hotel is available, this will be informed to you accordingly and the benefit (if any), will be passed on to you.
  • In the event of hotel of similar category mentioned in the quote is not available and only a higher category/ more expensive hotel is only available, you will be informed accordingly and supplement (if any) will be charged to you.
  • Please note the tour will be re-confirmed and all hotel bookings secured (official vouchers to respective hotels released) only upon credit of funds to our bank account.

Payment procedure

Payments are accepted only by Direct wire Transfer to our bank account.
